Withdrawing from the contract
If you use Split Gate as a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. This page says how.
Your right
You may withdraw within 14 days of the day the contract was concluded: for your account, the day you signed up; for a paid plan, the day you started it or its free trial. A trial that continues as the paid plan is the same contract, so the first payment does not start a new period. Every plan you start later is a new contract with its own 14 days, whether or not you have used the free trial; a plan paid first by bank transfer starts - and its period begins - on the day the payment arrives.
How to withdraw
In the app: the button "Withdraw from the contract" in Settings → Billing (for a plan) or in Settings (for the account) is there for the whole 14 days. By form: fill in the form below and send it to support@splitgate.app. Any other clear statement that you are withdrawing, sent to support@splitgate.app, counts too. The period is kept if you send the withdrawal before it ends. We confirm that we received it by e-mail.
What happens then
A plan ends at once and the account goes back to the Free plan; nothing you logged is deleted. If you asked for the plan to start inside the 14 days, you pay only for the days it ran - during a free trial that is nothing. Money you paid beyond that is returned within 14 days, the same way you paid. Withdrawing from the registration closes the account: you can no longer sign in and other people no longer see it. Write to support@splitgate.app if you also want the data erased.
