The maths

Keeping two members who would otherwise drift covers the subscription for the month. One community simulation with thirty entries is a bigger number than that - and the registration, seeding, results and emails are handled for you.

    Your name, colours and logo on a leaderboard built for a wall screen. It cycles standings, your next event with a join QR code, and recent PBs.

  • Events that run themselves

    Create an event, members register, the start list seeds by PB. Enter times once and everyone gets their result by email.

  • See who's slipping

    Weekly actives, league participation and a fading-members list - who trained before and has gone quiet for two weeks. That's the retention conversation, handed to you.

  • Get members in

    A printable poster with a QR code that joins your league in two taps, plus a join-funnel count so you know how activation is going.

  • Staff accounts

    Your front desk can run an event and manage the league without your login. Only you can add or remove staff.

  • Your brand, not ours

    Upload your logo and pick your accent colour. It shows on the TV, the league page and the printed poster.

Starting a season

  1. 1Create your gym and start a season - it takes a few minutes.
  2. 2Print the join poster and put it where members can see it.
  3. 3Open the TV leaderboard on a screen in the gym.
  4. 4Announce a prize for the top three. That's usually what tips it.
