How Split Gate works for gyms

Follow one gym from the first season to the monthly report: the league, the TV, events, and the numbers on who trains and who is fading. Every screen below is the real app.

  1. Set the gym up in seven steps

A checklist walks you from the first season to the first ten members: logo and floor photo, coaches, the poster, the TV board and your first event.

  2. Get members in with one poster

Print the join poster for the gym floor. Members scan the code, create a free account and land in your league.

  3. Run a season league

Training and races earn points for a season with a start, an end and a prize you set. You see every member's movement in the table and start the next season when this one closes.

  4. Put the standings on the TV

The league board runs on any screen in the gym and refreshes by itself, so members see where they stand every time they walk in.

  5. Run your own events

Simulations, throwdowns and beginner tasters with a date, a price and a division. Members register in the app and you see the numbers per event.

  6. Add your staff and coaches

List the coaches who work at your gym on its public page; each gets a card, a link and a QR code. On the Gym plan, staff can run the season, events and the report for you without your login.

  8. Read the month in one reportGym plan

Active members, sessions and personal bests against last month, training days, classes run, races logged and events. A six-month trend and a week-by-week view show whether the floor is getting busier.
